At Baghin Resort, we value your trust and aim to provide the best possible service. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations, return, and refunds are handled

  1. Cancellations : 
    Guests may cancel their booking within 7 days of reservation for a full refund.Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20%.No refunds will be issued for "no-shows"or cancellation made after check-in date.

  2. Refunds :  Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment within 3-4 working days. Any service charges, taxes, or processing fees are non-refundable. Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.
  3. Changes to Reservation : Date changes are allowed up to 7 days before the schedule check-in, subject to availability. Price differences duo to changes in season, category, or package will be applied.
  4. No Refund on Certain Services : Once availed, services like dining, spa treatments, safari bookings, or special activities are non-refundable. Gift cards or promotional vouchers are not eligible for refunds.
  5. Damages & Early Departure : No refunds will be provided for early check-outs or unused services. Any damage caused to property or amenities during the stay will be chargeable.
